Sound Healing
I am an insured, trained, and fully qualified Sound Healing Practitioner and a registered member of the Complementary Medical Association (CMA) and the International Sound Healing Academy. Yoga and Sound Healing Retreats and Collaborations
Wellness Retreat, Ghana, West Africa
In August 2027, I will be collaborating with a colleague in the delivery of a 7 Day Wellness & Cultural Integration Retreat in my beautiful homeland of Ghana, West Africa! This sanctuary is designed for those who wish to combine deep, restorative wellness with the vibrant, soul-stirring authentic Ghanaian experience.
The Retreat Experience
-
Exclusive Sanctuary: We will have private, exclusive use of a beautiful wellness eco-lodge.
-
Intimate Container: To preserve a deeply supportive space, numbers will be a maximum of 16 attendees
Our week together will beautifully weave together:
Somatic practices
-
Yoga, meditation, yoga nidra, sound healing and conscious breathwork.
Open-air wooden Shala
-
All the somatic practices take place within an open-air wooden Shala, directly overlooking the serene saltwater lagoon. The space catches the gentle ocean air, helping to create a truly restorative practice.
Journaling & Quiet Time
-
Restorative Stillness: Dedicated windows of quiet time giving you radical permission to be rather than do.
-
Somatic Journaling: Space for deep inner reflection to process and capture personal insights
Cultural Immersion
-
Activities and workshops with local Ghanaian artisans and practitioners. For example: traditional Ghanaian drumming, dancing, weaving, pottery, jewellery, shea butter and black soap making.
Time outside of the wellness retreat venue
-
An excursion exploring Ghana's breathtaking natural landscapes and rich historical heritage with trusted local guides.
-
A trip to the local market
-
A river boat trip
Wholesome Meals & Refreshments
-
Meals: Freshly prepared meals prepared on-site using local seasonal Ghanaian produce and ingredients.
-
Dietary Friendly: Fully inclusive, vegetarian and plant-based options available.
-
Refreshments: herbal teas, fresh fruit juices and water
Because spaces are strictly limited to keep our group intimate, I am opening up a provisional, no-obligation waiting list
We are currently building a waiting list of early expressions of interest before general release.
Joining the waitlist simply means you are expressing a soft interest; it costs nothing and carries absolutely no obligation to book.
However, it guarantees that you will receive further information on things like accommodation options, a payment plan, and further information
If you would like to join the soft provisional expression of interest waiting list, contact me directly via email. I will softly anchor your placeholder on our provisional waiting list.
If you have any questions or would like further information, please feel free to reach out by completing the form below or emailing me
