It is fundamental that you are able to find a counsellor that is the right fit for you.
Therefore, in order to help you to make this important decision, I am happy to offer you a FREE (no obligation) initial consultation.  The FREE consultation session will give you the chance to meet me face to face and see if you feel comfortable with me and the way that I work.

After the consultation session you may need some time to reflect upon what you want to do next. If you feel that we are the right fit, then we can arrange further regular weekly counselling sessions.

Individual self-funding (insurance have their own set fees) counselling and Psychotherapy sessions are charged on a sliding scale between £45 - £125 per
50 minute counselling session, depending on how much you can afford to pay.

I charge in this way in order to try to make counselling accessible and affordable to
as many people as possible.

Self-funding Psychotherapy £45.00 - £125.00 (people on a higher salary can expect
to pay more)

   Self-funding EMDR £60 - £125
