Therefore, in order to help you to make this important decision, I am happy to offer you a FREE (no obligation) initial consultation.  The FREE consultation session will give you the chance to meet me face to face and see if you feel comfortable with me and the way that I work.

After the consultation session you may need some time to reflect upon what you want to do next. If you feel that we are the right fit, then we can arrange further regular weekly counselling sessions.

   Fees
Individual self-funding (insurance have their own set fees) counselling and Psychotherapy sessions are charged on a sliding scale between £50 - £125 per
50 minute counselling session, depending on how much you can afford to pay.
I charge in this way in order to try to make counselling accessible and affordable to
as many people as possible.

I have a limited number of low cost and concessionally rate appointments available for Pensioners, the Unemployed and Students.

   Private Health Insurance 
 

In addition to offering counselling and psychotherapy to self-funded individuals.  I am also recognised with multiple health insurance providers; therefore, I offer counselling and psychotherapy to clients who will be funding their sessions in this way.

 

The health insurance provides I work with include: AXA PPP, Aviva, Vitality (formally :PruHealth), Helix, and Aetna.

     Cancellation

I operate a cancellation policy, if you need to cancel before 48hrs there will be no charge, however if you cancel within less than 48hrs, the full fee will be charged.
