Therefore, in order to help you make this important decision, I am happy to offer you
a FREE (no obligation) initial consultation.  The FREE consultation session will allow you to meet me face-to-face or remotely and discuss and explore what brought you to therapy and what you would like to achieve. I will also ask you some questions about yourself, your background and how your difficulties are affecting your life and general well-being. 

After the consultation session, you may need time to reflect on what you want to
do next. If we feel that we are the right fit, then we can arrange further regular weekly counselling sessions.

Fees

Free - Initial Consultation
Individual self-funding (insurance has its own set fees) counselling and Psychotherapy sessions are charged on a sliding scale between £40 - £100 per
50-minute counselling session, depending on how much you can afford to pay.
I charge in this way to try to make counselling accessible and affordable to
as many people as possible.

Self-funding EMDR £60 - £125
 

I have a limited number of low-cost and concessionary rate appointments available for Pensioners, the Unemployed and Students.

Couples Counselling   £70.00 - £125

 

Private Health Insurance
 

I also offer Counselling, Psychotherapy and EMDR to individuals who have Private health Insurance.  The private health insurance providers that I am approved by and registered with include BUPA, AXA PPP, Aviva, Vitality Health
(formally PruHealth), Helix and Aetna.

If you would like to pay for your therapy through private health insurance.  Please contact your private health insurance provider to confirm that you are covered.  by your policy.   Once your provider has given you an authorisation code, policy number and informed you of the number of sessions covered (which can vary, and with some insurers it’s unlimited). I would be happy to offer you therapy if we are the right fit. ​

     Cancellation

I operate a cancellation policy. If you need to cancel before 48 hours, there will be no charge, however if you cancel within less than 48hrs, the full fee will be charged.
