Hello and welcome. My name is Rose and I am an
insured, fully qualified Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist,
and an accredited registered member of the British Association
of Counselling and Psychotherapy. Offering short-term and open-ended long-term individual counselling (face-to-face and online) to young people (age 12+), adults, and older adults in Brighton and Hove, London, the UK, and worldwide. I am also a Clinical Supervisor (offering supervision to students, newly qualified, and experienced counsellors and psychotherapists), a qualified Yoga Teacher, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapist, and trained in EFT and NLP.
In addition, I am a Sound Therapy Practitioner and a Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, and I regularly practice yoga, yoga nidra, and meditation. I have trained and engaged in various mindfulness practices, such as the MSc (mindful self-compassion) and MBCL (Mindfulness-Based Compassionate Living ), and MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) developed by
Jon Kabat-Zinn. Consequently, I practice meditation and mindfulness
within my daily life and use meditation when offering sound meditation as a sound healer.
I have over a decade of experience offering counselling to a wide range of clients face-to-face (in person) and remotely (online) locally, throughout London, across the UK, and Worldwide via the secure platform Zoom, across various age groups, backgrounds, and stages in life.
In addition to offering Counselling, Psychotherapy, and EMDR to
self-funded individuals. I am also approved by and registered with the
main health insurance providers; therefore, I offer counselling and psychotherapy to clients who will fund their sessions in this way.
The health insurance providers that I am registered with include BUPA, AXA PPP, Aviva, Vitality Health (formerly PruHealth), Helix, and Aetna. If you would like to fund your sessions through your private health insurance
policy, please get in touch with your insurer first, prior to starting therapy with me.
